    Min kære mand fyldte 29 år her i søndags, så vi havde inviteret min familie over til hyggelig tapas og coctails. De flotte røde roser havde han købt mig dagen inden <3 Sådan en heldig pige jeg er. Min kæreste har virkelig forstået, at vejen til ens piges hjerte er gennem kærlighed og smukke blomster. Vi vælger stort set altid, at lave tapas når vi får gæster. Det er så hyggelig med tapas, da der altid er noget til hver en smag plus jeg elsker at man altid sidder og nipser og hygger over maden i lang tid.

    Min mand bryder sig ikke om at fejre sin fødselsdag, så jeg prøvede at tone det så meget ned som jeg overhovedet kunne, haha! Dog skulle der danske flag på bordet, det har vi altid i vores familie, og nu er han jo en del af den, så det kunne han ikke slippe for. Dog slap han for en blomsterkrans. Fødselsdagsbarnet i min familie får altid en smuk blomster krans, men det ville min kæreste meget gerne slippe for, haha!

    My sweet my turned 29 here last Sunday, so we invited my family over for cosy tapas and coctails. The beautiful red roses on the table I got from my man a few days before <3 I am such a lucky girl. My man knows that the way to my heart is through gorgeous flowers and lots of love. When we have guests we quite often decide to do tapas. It’s just so cosy and then there is a lot to pick between, so there is always something for everybody. What I also love about it is that you can sit and eat for way longer, because you nips the food instead of eating one heavy meal.

    My man is not really a big fan of his birthday, so I tried as hard as I could to tone it down, haha! I had to add the Danish flags, it’s a family tradition, and since he now is a part of it, then he can’t escape. I decided to skip the flower crown. When ever someone in our family have birthday, then their seat at the table are decorated with flowers. BUT I knew that my man would appreciate now having one. Haha

    Når vi laver tapas så laver vi altid gerne alt selv fra bunden. Så bager vi naan brød, laver humus samt hjemmelavet tzatziki. Denne gang have jeg desværre alt for travlt, til at nå alt det – men vores lækre hjemmelavede tzatziki var selvfølgelig et MUST. Min man syntes, at jeg laver den bedste i verden (det siger han helt sikker fordi, så ved han at det vil jeg altid lave fremover) haha, men okay for at være ærlig så mager den også skide godt. Selv min storebror Jacob ringede til mig dagen efter, for at høre om jeg havde tid til at han kom over, sådan så jeg kunne vise ham hvordan jeg lavede dem. Det er vel et ret godt tegn? 

    Vores opskrift er super simpel, vi laver den på skyr, revet agurk, salt, peber, hvidløg, tørret mynte, hvidløg og så et lille låg oliven olie samt eddike. YUMMY! Vi har det med altid, at lave en super stor portion, for så har vi til et par dage. Det smager også kun endu bedre når det har stået en dag i køleskabet.

    Jeg fotografere lidt flere billeder under selve aftenen, som jeg tænker at dele med jer her en af dagene! <3 Håber I får en dejlig dag. Mit ene øje er double størrelse i dag, jeg tror det er en reaktion min krop gør fordi den føler sig lidt nedkørt. Jeg har haft lige lovlig meget at se til på det seneste, og det kan jeg virkelig mærke. Om et par timer kommer kæresten hjem fra Polen. Nu har jeg været afsted i 5 dage, så jeg ser sådan frem til at skulle have resten af dagen fri til at putte med ham.

    When we have tapas we always try to make everything ourself like naan bread, humus, tzatziki and so on, but unfortunately this time I didn’t have enough time, but the homemase tzatziki is a MUST. My man thinks I make the best in the world (haha, he might just say that because then he knows that I am the one always to make it) but ok, is actually is super super tasty. Even my big brother called me the day after is he could come by and I could give him a private lesson in how to make it. That’s a good sign, right? 

    Our recipe is super simple, we make it with a thick yoghurt, cucumber, salt, pepper, dried mint, garlic a little olive oil and little vinegar. YUMMY! We always make a massive portion when we make it, because then we have enough for a few days. It taste even better the day after you make it!

My one eye are double size today, I think it it my body’s way of telling me to relax a bit. I have had a bit too much on my plate the last few days, so when my man get’s home from Poland in a few hours I will have the rest of the day off to just kiss and cuddle with him. He left last Sunday after I made him a yummy English Breakfast. So I have been alone with Pumpkin the last 5 days, so it’s going to be so amazing to see him again.
