    WELCOME TO MY WORLD

A little glimpse into my daily life

Cheap, simple and super yummy recipe

    image

(What’s not to love?)

My man and I would call this recipe “end of the month dish”. You know when it’s round the 28th and you are just counting down the days to pay-day. It’s super yummy, extremely cheap and so simple to make. (What’s not to love?) Recipes like these are also great if you’ve had a busy day at work, and you just need to empty the fridge, because you do not feel like going grocery shopping.
My man made this dish for me (I’m not lying) in under 10 minutes. Both to prepare, cook and hand to me – and you can easily do the same.

All you need for one hungry person:

2 cm ginger – gives the dish such a great and fresh twist
    2 cloves of garlic
Chili flakes – 1/2 table spoon (add more if you feel like it)

    1/2 onion
One small whole broccoli for one person
    Soya sause 4 table spoons
    Veggie oil for frying
Rise nudels – enough for 1 person. (They are normally decided in portions – then I just add one)
    Sesame seeds for topping

Kom dine kogte risnudler i og mix and godt.

Put a pot of water on to boil, so the water gets ready for your rice noodles. I think it’s smartest to chop everything first, then it is just to add it all little by little. Pick or chop your broccoli in half chunky pieces. Chop your garlic, onion and ginger fine. Heat your wok frying pan with veggie oil and fry the garlic, ginger and chili flakes for about 2 minutes.
Then add your onion, after a minute add your broccoli and in same minut you add the broccoli  add your rice noodles to the boiling water.
Both your broccoli or rice noodles are finished after 3 minutes. To your broccoli added your soy sauce and two tablespoons of water. Your cooked rice noodles are now ready so add them and mix everything well together.
Add it to your favourite bowl and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Easy, fast and delicious <3 Enjoy my sweet readers and I wish you a really lovely Monday
    Biggest hug your Isabella

Yum this looks so good! I make something similar – I recommend adding a tiny bit of Sesame oil at the end (it doesn’t taste like much but the fragrance is sooo delicious) ?

Also, where did you get your jumper from?! I feel like you have the most amazing collection of soft and cozy jumpers. If you have time could you post something about where to find them / what to look for? I’ve seen some similar ones on asos (I searched cos I was inspired by you!) but they’re 100% acrylic, which I heard is bad ?

Thank you for replying to my post about your embroidered jeans! Keep being amazing!! X ❤️?

Oh yes that’s a really god tip with sesame oil – I will do that next time <3 😀

My jumper is actually one I bought for my man on Asos month ago, but I wear it much more often than he do. haha!
aww you are too sweet!! I know what you mean, maybe I should do a post about tips to cosy jumpers ;.)

Thanks for following love and I wish you a great weekend!

    All the best,
