Potato, bacon and leek soup recipe
Mine kære læsere <3 I dag vil jeg dele en vildt skøn supper opskrift med jer, som min kæreste lavede her for et par dage siden. Suppen smager himmelsk, og passer perfekt til dette frost vejr. Vi har endda haft sne her i Sønderborg i dag! Pumpkin oplevede det for første gang, sådan en sjov og hyggelig oplevelse.
Jeg er kæmpe suppe elsker, og kunne nemt have det et par gange i ugen – specielt nu her hvor det er så pokkers koldt udenfor. Denne opskrift er som I kan læse jer til udfra overskiften, med kartofler, bacon og porre. Den er meget fyldig, og har en lækker cremet smag, selvom der ikke er tilsat hverken fløde eller mælk.
Alt I skal bruge til denne suppe:
Ca. 1 spise skefuld solsikke eller oliven olie
Ca. en pakke røget bacon – på ca. 150 gram
En stor porre rensen og skåret i skiver
4 medium kartofler
Salt og pebber
1 liter kyllinge eller grøntsags bullion

My dear readers <3 Today I want to share a super yummy soup recipe with you which my boyfriend made for us here a few days ago. The soup tastes heavenly, and fits perfectly with this freezing cold weather. We even had snow here in Sønderborg today! Pumpkin saw it for the first time, such a fun and pleasant experience.
I am huge soup lover, and could easily have it a few times a week – especially now when it’s so damn cold outside. This recipe like you might have figured from the headline with potatoes, bacon and leek. It is very rich in flavor and has a delicious creamy taste, although there is not added neither cream or milk.
All you need for this soup:
About 1 tablespoon sunflower or olive oil
Approximately a pack of smoked bacon – of about 150 grams
A large leek washed and sliced
4 medium sizes potatoes
Salt and pepper
1 liter chicken or vegetable stoke
Dild
Steg din bacon i en stor gryde med en smule olie indtil det er sprødt og gyldent. Lad det tørre på lidt køkkenrulle indtil du skal bruge det senere. Snit dine kartofler i små tern og tilsæt dem i samme gryde. Rist dem for ca. 2 minutter hvorefter du tilsætter dit smør. Giv dine kartofler 2 minutter mere og tilsæt så dine porre. Giv det ca. 3-5 minutter inden du tilsætter din bullion. Lad det koge på medium varme indtil det er blevet blødt og kogt godt sammen. Blænd din suppe med en blænder eller hånd mixer og smag til med salt, peber og frisk dild. Dild er med til at give suppen den lækre friske smag. Til sidst tilsæt det sprøde bacon, og det er klar til at blive serveret!

Fry the bacon in a pot in the large pieces in a little bit og oil until it’s crispy and golden brown. Put it on s kitchen town until you need it later. Cut your potatoes into small cubes and add them into the same pot. Fry them for about 2 minutes and then you add the butter. Fry the potatoes for another 2 minutes and then add the leek. Fry for 3-5 minutes and then add the stoke. Boil on a medium heat until it’s soft.
Blend it with blender of hand mixer and tast for salt, pepper and dild. The dild helps to give this yummy and fresh tasts. For the finishing touch add the crispy bacon on the top.
