A little glimpse into my daily life

My angels! My man and I are back in the UK and I must admit, it feels amazing to be back – even though it’s only for a couple of days. We have had a quite packed few days with events and meetings, running round town getting from a-b, but that’s how it is, when you need to fit everything into one day. We landed in London late Thursday night, and spend Thursday night and whole day Friday in London. Saturday morning we left again for a fantastic wedding in the Cotswolds.
London was magical and it felt a bit stange for both Fergus and I being back in London without coming home to our old apartment in Fulham. We stayed at a lovely hotel called; Blakes just a short walk from our old place, so it felt a bit like being home, which was really nice.
We couldn’t have been more lucky with the weather. As you can see from the photographs it was super sunny and warm. Everything for us at the moment I guess feels warmer than Norway and Finland where we had down to -25 degrees, haha! But Friday the weather was magical, and it was dreamy being able to walk around without 5 layers and fuzzy socks.
My blue floaty dress is new and from Zara, and so is my little summery bag and if I remember right the dress was about 25-30 pounds. Such a bargain! I think it looks super expensive and I am in love with the long sleeves and loose fit. Looks beautiful in the wind and when you walk.
I have linked to some of my favourite light blue summer dresses in this post. I am quite a few trips coming up, and I am obsessing over dresses this season. These are all in my saved basket. I love the cute farm girl vibes and these are easy to style with loose sandals, white trainers or chelsea boots like I am wearing.
On Thursday I am flying home to Denmark to see my family! FINALLY.. Wuhuuu. It’s impossible to put into words just how very excited I am to be back for a week. I can not wait to sit in my parents garden holding hands with my mum, play tennis with my brothers, do lots of baking in their wonderful kitchen, go for long walks, see my friends and share with you angels everything I am up to when I am home.
The last time I was in Denmark was at Christmas, and at that time I was in such a big need for piece and quite, so I didn’t get to show you much of what I was up to – but that won’t be the case this time. I know a few of you were really disappointed with me, since you always love my posts from home. This time you can expect lots of cosy lifestyle posts from my charming hometown.
My partner and I actually bought our dream camera which I hope will arrive in time for my trip, and I am over the moon to start blogging with even higher quality images than I do already. I am trying my best to put all my time and effort into doing the best posts I possible can <3
Today is a “sort-your-life-out kinda day”, haha! I went to the dentist, and I am currently sat at an adorable café in Newcastle called Harvest. I am heading back to my partners parents home shortly to unpack, wash our dirty clothes from our Norway/Finland trip and later I am going to start planning what to bring with me to Denmark & Ibiza – which is next up.
Sending you all my love from here
