A little glimpse into my daily life

    Double denim countryside look

“I want to live by the ocean, but also in the forrest, but also in the mountains, but also in a big city. But also in the countryside – you feel me?”

“Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience!”

Hi angels! How are you all keeping up? I have been a bit extra emotional the past couple of days. I don’t know about you, if you have felt this way too at all? But I do think, it’s a bit hard to avoid feeling a bit concerned and confused when all this is going on around us. I mostly feel super grateful and happy, because I am here in these stunning surroundings with the man of my dreams and his loving family, and I never ever take that for granted. BUT it’s difficult to distance yourself from the sad news and the effect it has on all of us, businesses etc. etc.

I also spend a lot of time thinking of my family – wondering if they are well and happy! It’s my wonderful mothers birthday on the 12th of April, and it hurts me that I can not be there with her. Maybe I will see if I can be sat with them on FaceTime at the dinner table, so it somehow will feel a bit like I was there? Haha. I guess we are super lucky to even have those options now a days!

A few thing that helps me massively these days are working out, going for a walk on the beach in front of the house, sit on the bench in the garden and call friends and family. Focus on new projects, paint, work and reading. I just started reading a new book called “You’re not listening” And I haven’t been able to put it down since I started it.

I don’t have much clothes with me here in Scotland, but every day I am doing my best at getting dressed into a new look. I go all in on comfy outfits these days, since we spend almost all of our time inside the house, there’s no reason the “dress up”, but on the other hand I still like to make an effort, because that makes me feel better about myself. If I stayed in my PJ’s all day, I would 100% be more lazy. So I have found that getting up, getting dressed and making a new to-do list every morning helps me to get the most out of each day.

Denim classics I am crushing on:
